We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied, here is how refunds work.

Scope
This policy applies to all paid VoiceBean subscriptions: Pro Monthly ($5.9/month), Pro Annual ($29.9/year), and Pro Lifetime ($199 one-time). The free tier has no charges and therefore no refunds.
Refund Windows
First purchase — Pro Monthly is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase; Pro Annual and Pro Lifetime are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Automatic renewals — Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days (monthly) or 14 days (annual) of the renewal date. Lifetime does not auto-renew.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email address you used to purchase. Include your order number (from the purchase confirmation email) and a brief reason. You do not have to justify your decision, but feedback helps us improve.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 1 to 3 business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Requests received after the applicable refund window cannot be honored. Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds of any remaining subscription time. Refunds are not issued for unused time on a cancelled subscription outside the refund window.
Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund of the current billing period. If you want both — to cancel and to get your most recent payment back — you must request the refund explicitly within the applicable window.
